The first thing to do before using this formula is to divide your weight in pounds by your height in inches squared and multiply by 703. For example if you are 200 lbs, and you are 5 foots 2 inches in height, it can be done by divide 200 by 3844 and multiply that result by 703. This case your body mass index is 39.57. If your body mass index is more than average body mass index for 12 years old, this means you are obese. It&#8217;s recommended that you are trying to lose weight.</p>
